James Bishop Joins the TFS Team as UK Sales Manager
As well as investing in our machinery and service offering, we have also been investing in our internal resource, helping to closely align our sales and support framework and ultimately educate the industry on the benefits of off-site processing. As a part of this, we have recently appointed James Bishop as our new UK Sales Manager.
With extensive experience of working within the manufacturing industry, James has spent over two decades as regional sales manager for leading timber panel manufacturers – including Egger and Kronospan. For TFS, James will be supporting the delivery of our UK-wide sales strategy.
Having worked with both distribution partners and end users, James’ knowledge of the supply chain is unparalleled. With an ambition to drive added value sales of our processing potential James will support industry partners to understand the benefits of utilising an offsite processing partner.

Within this role, using my experience of working with distribution and end users, I will be supporting both builders’ merchants and housebuilders to understand the performance and commercial benefits of working in partnership with an offsite processing partner. As well as this, I will be conducting important market intelligence to ensure our service offering is helping the industry in the best way possible,” James Bishop, TFS’ UK Sales Manager, commented.
