TFS Promotes Adam Morris to General Manager

TFS Promotes Adam Morris to General Manager

As part of its continued investment in business development, the UK’s leading processor of wood based panel products, Trade Fabrication Systems (TFS) has recently promoted Business Development Manager, Adam Morris to General Manager. Effective from the start of July, Adam’s promotion puts a robust structure in place that will enable TFS to build on its successes to date while supporting sustainable future growth.

Over the last 10 years, Adam, who holds a BSc degree in International Management from Manchester Business School, has gained an inordinate amount of experience in the panel processing and business-to-business sector within TFS. Beginning his career on the factory floor and working his way up to General Manager, Adam has played a pivotal role in driving TFS’ business forward.

Adam Morris, General Manager at TFS, commented: “My journey with TFS has been incredible. Over the last few years, we have enhanced our processing capabilities ten-fold and we are embarking on a very exciting time for the business. I am looking forward to stepping up to the challenge and taking on this new role at such an important time for us.”

Investment in new solutions, machinery and personnel has seen TFS significantly expand its service offering and ultimately attract a wider customer base. Adding value to client substrates, TFS’ business model is one that encourages constant innovation and development to ensure it meets and exceeds the industry’s requirements.

Reporting directly to Managing Director, Howard Morris, as General Manager Adam will assume full management responsibility as well as assist in the day to day running of the business. After appointing three additional members of managerial staff earlier this year, TFS now has solid foundations in place to support continued development and progression.

Howard concluded: “I am incredibly pleased to promote Adam to General Manager and I am confident that together we can secure the long term success of Trade Fabrication Systems. Adam’s knowledge of our business is unparalleled and he is committed to developing our service offering and building valuable relationships with new and existing clients.”
